These costs are for UPS Ground Delivery, with some very small or very light Packages going priority mail. Faster shipping methods may require additional costs. All Hardware is shipped signature required unless specifically otherwise requested.

No unauthorized returns will be accepted without an RGA Number. (Return Goods Authorization Number) this number MUST BE provided by our company. Only after we provide this number can credit be given to you.
There will be no refunds issued on products which have been subject to misuse, improper application or installation, or altered products. All returned items must be in its original packaging, in the same condition it was received. Customers have 30 days to contact us for arranging returns and to receive an RGA number. After this period, returns can only be accepted for manufacturing defects. Regarding Emtek Returns, Emtek will replace warranty defective merchandise for 5 years, but will not pay shipping cost. Customer must contact us to obtain RGA number and customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Credit/Debit cards, as well as checks and money orders. Use of a credit card will result in faster order time.
